About us

Our story

Kino Obrietan, a benefactor and an explorer, after twenty years of travelling all around East Asia, decided to turn his passion into a profession: that’s how Thais Gallery was born.

His love for travel and his irresistible attraction for oriental art led Kino Obrietan and his family on numerous adventures to select and acquire, year after year, a vast array of furniture and antique objects, now masterfully displayed and sold in an undiscovered Italian ambience described as Europe’s greatest asian antique gallery.

Thais reality, now managed by the second Obrietan generation, is enriched by a multifunctional team of architects, interior designers and decorators: a young touch flanked by the experience of thirty years of tradition, to ensure quality, originality and uniqueness to the market.
